LinkIP LinkPS
The LinkPS (Link Proxy Server) is an application and GUI that allows monitor and control of a LinkXX network from any node in the network.
LinkPS can be installed at any site (hub or remote) in a LinkXX network. The application allows remote control of any site in the network from any site in the network, or from any location connected by satellite or terrestrially to the network. The LinkPS will remotely monitor and configure LinkIP and LinkDVs, as well as transceivers, power amplifiers, BUCs or any other device with RS-232, RS-485 or Ethernet remote control ports.

LinkPS can also be overlaid into an existing network with legacy equipment, allowing remote control of network hardware from any location connected to the network. The software can be installed on a standard PC running either a Windows or Linux OS. Device drivers can be constructed by the user for virtually any legacy earth station equipment with a RS-232, RS-485, or Ethernet local M&C port.

More specifically, the LinkPS is a protocol agnostic real time engine that supports process control and automation, device driver based communication, automated scripting, and "anything to anywhere" logical multiplexing. It allows the user to define any logical activity to any other internal or external logical entity.
